Company Administration

The new Company Administration tool within the Business Online Banking system will allow Company Administrators to easily add new users, create user roles for multiple users, modify user access and, control access to your Rockland Trust online accounts. The Online Banking Administrator can create roles and authorize access and limits for each role. You can then add multiple users to the role. You can also create multiple roles for different access levels. The Company Administrators will also be able to reset locked out users and reset forgotten passwords.

Please note that check images will now be available through E-statements. If you have granted access to E-statements for a user, they will also have access to see the check images.

Business Online Banking also offers business customers additional control over who in your company has access to account information, perform transactions and other account activities. Within the Online Banking Company Administration Tool you can, modify current user rights to specific functionality, such a viewing statement and check information, making transfers, stop payments, or simply accessing the Bill Pay features.
