anking has a New Look! 

Rockland Trust is pleased to let you know that we have improved our online banking.  You will now enjoy several new and improved features to create a better banking experience for yourself.  These changes will not impact the bill pay portion of our online banking product.  Enhancements to Rockland Trust Online Banking include:

  • Easier navigation - Online banking has been enhanced to provide a new menu structure that is intuitive and easy to navigate.  The navigation has been changed from left-side navigation to a top-tabbed navigation to make tasks easier to find and perform. 
  • Sophisticated hover and select technology allowing you to view all page menus in a drop-over display before making your selection. 
  • The "Log Off" button has moved to the upper right corner of the page above the new menu bar.
  • Alerts - We have made it easier for you to setup all of your alerts for each account on one screen.  In addition, you will be alerted automatically if:
    • You have changed your user name or password.
    • A bank to bank transfer or ACH transfer transaction that you approved did not go through. 
  • Email addresses - You will have the ability to setup two separate email addresses for receiving messages related to your banking activity.  
  • Customer service - Functions include sending secure messaging to our Customer Service Center, enter a new stop payment, or view existing stop payments
  • Business customers - For those business customers who use the wire transfer capability, the wire transfer functions will now be located under the Transfer drop down menu tab and not on a separate tab by itself.  Click here to see the new location of the wire transfer option.

As a reminder, our new bill payment enhancements that were introduced earlier this year, allow you to:

  • Make Person-to-Person Payments - Pay a family member, friend, or service provider - all you need is their e-mail address or mobile phone number*.   
  • Make Expedited Payments Pay bills at the last minute, on time. For a nominal convenience fee**, you can now send a payment to participating companies in the continental United States.

 

 

There is a $350.00 limit for each email payment transaction.
** Same day payments for payees that accept electronic payments are $5.00 each, and overnight checks are $25.00 each.
